Subject: Roy Burcher

I had the distinct pleasure of playing with our friend Roy Burcher,
together with Bud Boblink, at the recent SPAH convention.

Though he is slowing down due to his illness, his music certainly comes
through, directly from his heart, when he hits the stage. A protege of
Charlie McCoy, who did indeed produce Roy's earlier recordings some
years ago, Roy plays that country and gospel harp like few others.
