Jeremy.................My opinions on the Chromatics: I have a Hering 601.
Its a four octave version of the 5148. I love it. It plays very well,
very responsive, and its well built. The button operates smoothly and
reliably. I also have a Chrometta 12. It was my first chromatic. I have
nothing particularly nice to say about this harmonica, so I probably
shouldn't say anything. It is leaky and not nearly as well built. Keep in
mind, the Herings are a high end product. The Chrometta is a low end
product. I have no experience with the Hohner 260/270s, but I would
consider them high end products. Many people love 'em and will probably
comment.

months,.......I realize that I will get mostly opinions, but that's
ok. I'm mainly interested in people's experiences with these instruments.
