Well, I am definitely ready to entertain some suggestions on this. Some days it really drives me crazy! However, we have tried certain things and definitely "failed" before ;-). So, we need to think on this a while. I am going to ask our techs and workers about ideas and specifically check with users in different parts of the world to see what is useful for two things. First, unsusbcribe instructions that are easy and quick (a few good suggestions already exist) and, perhaps, a way to filter out if someone posts the complete digest in their reply as well. Both of these things make my life tougher!
So, we will probably move the general discussion to workers, but I do want to know from folks for whom the addition of a few words with each message might be a problem as well as other suggestions or observations as they come in. Fortunately we have a lot of talented folks in the computer field alone to work with. We'll figure something out (short of capital punishment). Enjoy,
