Subject: Amps For Sale

I have more amps than I need, so I am selling:

#1
Wards Airline 8514 combo
Made about 1959 by Danelectro
Two 6V6 power and two 12AX7 preamp tubes (one replaced by 12AT7), about 10
watts
Two original Rola 8 in 4 ohm speakers
Two channels, each with a low and high gain input
Vibrato controled by foot switch (don't have switch)
Single tone control for each channel
Fully serviced by Al Forbes at Alpha sound including new power supply
filter caps and grounded line cord
Wonderful and unique mid-century modern styling
Excellent plus (honest) cosmetic condition- it looks like it was pulled out
of a time capsule.
Tweedy and fat harp tone
Maximum volume is similar to a Premier Twin 8 or Princeton

This amp ready to use- all the servicing and tweaking has been done.
Price- $250 + shipping

#2
Traynor YSM-4 Studio Mate combo
Made about 1971 By Traynor/Yorkville
Two EL84 power and five 12AX7 preamp tubes, about 15 watts
Four original 8 in 8 ohm ceramic speakers in sealed back enclosure
Single channel with bass, treble, reverb and vibrato controled by foot
switch (don't have it)
Very heavy construction with large Hammond transformers, axial filter caps
that are easily replaced, and hand wired circuit board that is accessible
from the top of the amp, schematic included
Excellent minus original condition.
Big bottom harp tone due to sealed speaker enclosure

Price- $200 + shipping

#3
Masco MA18P PA amplifier with turntable mounted to cage
c. late 1940's
Two 6L6 power tubes, 5Y3 rectifier and loctal preamp tubes
Two mics and one phone input, single tone control
Very good plus cosmetic condition, minimal rust
Passes a fairly loud distorted signal through a mic input
Turntable spins, no signal from tone arm, table is easily removed
This amp needs work
extra preamp tubes included

Will consider trades for a Fender Bassman reissue
