On a C solo-tuned chromatic, the draw chord is D F A B, repeating. This is
a D minor sixth chord. The min6 chord is the hallmark of chromatic third
position. Since the sixth degree of the scale is also the 13th, I suppose
you could call it a 13th chord also, though that term may also imply the
presence of other extended scale tones like the 7th and 9th, which are not
there. The 11th scale tone would be a G; it is not present as a draw reed
on chromatics.

On a C Richter diatonic, the draw chord is D G B D F A B D F A. Except for
the added G, this also is a Dmin6 chord. The added G is the fourth, or
equivalently, the 11th scale degree. Strange to call it the 11th though,
since it is only present in the lowest octave of the instrument.

These chords are evident in any 3rd position recordings that venture beyond
single-note playing.
