"Tube Lore", by Ludwell Sibley, says the following:
5751: Ruggedized computer-rated 12AX7; mu reduced to 70 (from 100), heater raised to 175 mA per section (from 150) (GE, RCA, SY, TS). Released 10/49.

The same source lists the mu of the 12AT7 as 62 (and the heater at 150 mA). The "WA", "WB" and "WC" variants are ruggedized versions w/ progressively tighter process controls.
