I agree with you on the principle that we should not

insult any nation race or creed in this forum. I think

you missed the fact that that was exactly Sam's point.

Sam was answering a contribution by an Australian list

member who indulged in mild francophobia on the themes

of the rainbow warrior and the mururoa bomb tests.

Sam, in his own classic ironic style was turning the

attitude into ridicule. Thank God he's there ;-) I'm

sure if you re-read his contribution the irony will be

blatantly perceivable...
