James Cotton plays a 12- or 14-hole MB on "Three Harp Boogie" with Billy Boy
Arnold and Butterfield.

Milteau's tune mentioned above is a tribute to SBW2 and is derivative of
"Bye Bye Bird". Great tune, IMO.
