<< I'll have to answer you off list i'm at work and can not send to the list from here. Thanks for you're info. I'm useing a crate508 amp with the tube change. i have a radio shack mic it is a sm58 look alike. and a dan eco pedal. I'm still working on tone mine is not to good. I like the amp i'm sure the mic is not near a 58 but is one my grandson had so i'm making do. Can you tell me the modle ac to dc adapter you got from radio shack. I ewould like to get one that i know will work and not mess anything up. There are lots of mics i would love to try but i need to work on my playing and just jam a little with friends for now. Keep posting you're findings and info lots and lots of us here who need and enjoy it Thanks much Stan >> The AC/DC adaptor is product no. 273-1662 you can get it at www.radioshack.com that's the home page enter those numbers in the product search, and it'll give you info and a chance to buy. Or you can find all the adapters by going to product catalog putting your mouse on batteries/adaptors and clicking AC/DC adaptors. They sell them from $53.99-$6.99, this one cost 12.99. I been offline most of the day fooling with this amp. To coin a "new" phrase it sounds "awsome", it my day we called it "bad"! Got some advice (off-list) not to swap the tubes, I might like it the way it is! Sounds damn good (or bad) in my room, and if it ain't broke why fix it? Sounds like good advice to me! Hope this helps!
