Welcome to the list, Chris. In the two years since I logged on here my
understanding of the instrument I had already written two books about
has been completely transformed by the vast collective knowledge of the
Harp-L community.
There isn't much to know about the harp that someone here can't tell
you. There are gurus for theory, technique, history, construction and
materials of the instrument itself, mics, amps, everthing. And they're
all too happy to share their incredible knowledge.
You'll have a ball.
