While the Harvard and the Princeton may have similar sounds they are
quite dissimilar in terms of their employed thechnologies. The Harvard
uses a 6AV6 for its single pre amp gain stage and the the Princeton
Reverb uses 3 7025's and is much higher gain. I'm guessing the Harvard
would be a lot more crunchy and have a lot more of that compressed
middle with the singing sustain you get with the Tweed Fenders.

Regarding Gibson amps, anyone know what amp Kim Wilson uses on Tiger
Man? I seem to recall it being a GA-90 stereo but I'm not sure. fjm
