For those who might be interested, a friend of mine asked me to tell everyone i know of the following. Hope u don't mind. Bring u're harps, and tell Rich (a.k.a Snackman) of the Booglerizers u wanna jam, and that i said it's ok. Seriously, if u're good, he often likes to have people jam with him and his band - just ask Rob Paparozzi! It'll be a very comfortable setting. BBQ Bob is also a good harp playin' bluesman. CARTERET BLUES FESTIVAL, SAT., AUG.26TH, 2PM TIL 7 PM
The first annual Carteret Blues Festival will take place Saturday, Aug 26th from 2:00PM-7:00PM at the Knights of Columbus, High Street, Carteret.
The acoustic sounds of The Booglerizers and the high end blues of Barbecue Bob and the Spare Ribs will be featured. Tickets are $20 per person which includes beer, wine and soda, rice, spare ribs, beans and chili, inclusive.
