I had a less than positive interaction with Farrell. It was over charging my card for back orders before shipment. Its illegal in this state.When I talked to him over the phone lets say he was less than kind. Have I done business there since? Yes, his prices cant be beat and I figured maybe he was having a bad day. Hes Irish and so am I so I can relate. Ive talked to them since and have a better understanding of the operation. I highly recommend them to people interested in purchasing more than one harp at a time. Was I pissed you bet.
