Subject: Amp Overtone

My amp makes these weird noises when I open my cup--there's an overtone type
of sound that makes it sound like I have a chorus device on or something. It
doesn't sound very good at all--I think something is wrong with the amp.
It's
a Pro Junior and it's pretty new; does anyone know what might be wrong with
it?
