Actually, Bb on a C harp is 11th position - even if it's a chrom with
the slide in. Yes it PLAYS a lot like 4th if you don't use the
slide, but it isn't really 4th. The reasoning becomes obvious if you
use the slide. (Just because you don't use it doesn't negate it :-)

Likewise, Eb on a C (played with the slide in) would be 10th
position.
