Subject: Help me design a custom amp stand

A friend recently sent me a brochure for work he is
doing with a new computer controlled plasma cutter. He
has been a metal fabricator, welder and artist his
whole life. This new machine will duplicate any
picture scanned into the computer by cutting through
the metal plate like a super clean cutting torch.
That's when the light bulb went on. I want to design
an amp stand that is better then what I've got now.

The Quik Lock stand holds the old Sonny Jr. 22" off
the floor and it only tips back about 10 degrees. That
is higher then I'd like and I worry that one good bump
and the nearly upright amp would tumble forward off
the stand.

The design I've toyed with so far is more like a
shelf. Solid sheet metal end caps that could have some
sort of harmonica art cut out. A shelf below the amp
for the Fender RI reverb tank. Heck I could go crazy
and have casters that contact the floor only when the
stand is tipped back and a handle to allow the whole
mess to be wheeled around like a hand truck. A drawer
under the amp but above the tank for storage? Some
sort of docking port for a bullet mic? A shelf for the
harps? Any one got a favorite harp related picture
that would lend itself well to being a cut out type of
picture? Any ideas at all? This thing does not need to
fold. It can be aluminum to keep it from getting too
heavy.

Thanks, AJ
