Subject: cheap harps/tweaking/buying harp CD's

About tweaking your new harps: what do you really do?
I buy 20 TO 30 harps a year and, to tell the truth, I
almost never get a bad one. Further, when I gap them
[in search of my ideal gapping- and aside from for
OB's], I usually make them worse. What's up with
tweaking?

Also. I'm back from European isolation :-> and want to
replace all my ~file-shared~ [stolen] MD's with CD's
that the artist will get a couple pennies from. Can
anyone reccomend a cheaper [than usual] source for
legitamate new harp CD's???
