You would only have to listen to Chris Michalek once to have the answer to that question. Yes it can. However, it is my opinion that once you have accomplished the overblow, the difficulty is not in holding it as much as just getting it. I am talking, of course, about oblows on a standard harp, not a Filisko. Once I have hit the overblow, I can pretty much hold it and give it some vibrato even. Some of the experts like Chris and others can bend the overblow up and down and make it sound quite "sweet". Steve "Moandabluz" Webb still a fool for the harp
